Funny you should ask, talk about perfect timing.  I just had Boge TurboGas
installed on all four corners of my 84 5KST today.  The springs are stock.

I must say that this combination is borderline too stiff for the big cruiser.
On the highway it's quite good, offering a very stable, planted feeing.  At
low-speed city street driving situations, however, road imperfections become
quite pronounced, to the point of making the car feel "jiggly".  The car
does handle better with the TurboGas... Corners can now be taken fast
while the car remain flat and composed.

I don't know how this would compare against the Boge ProGas, though.

My 4000 with Eibach Pro Kit springs and Koni shocks even rides better
than this.  Hopefully the TurboGas will soften out a bit over time and
improve the ride a bit.
