The fuel lines and the injectors are air bound. You'll have to, remove
the injectors from the intake and point them all into a coffee can or some
similar container, jumper the fuel pump relay, remove the bellows from above
the sensor plate, and manually lift the plate untill all injectors are
spraying. Then lightly lube the o-rings on the injectors and reinstall. Plug
the relay beck in and reattach the bellows. It should start right up. HTH
