I'm not quite sure what you mean here.  Did you disconnect the injector
from the fuel line when you pulled it?  If you did, you will have dumped
the residual pressure and you might well have to repressurise the system
manually (jumper from battery +ve to fuel pump relay output) before the
car will start again.  This is especially necessary with a warm engine -
the cold start valve will operate at around 1 bar, but the normal
injectors need a lot more.
