One More gripe....
    
    It seems that Audi is not very interested in improving parts on late
model Audis. How many parts have we identified that systematically fail?
Who has the best resources to correct the problem in the parts? Audi of
course. Do they do it? No.... 

Result = Lower TOTAL SATISFACTION

btw, VW is just as guilty of this. 

Mercedes on the other hand? They fix problem parts.... the correct the
systematic failure. Result? Higher Overall Satisfaction, better resale
values, and more new car sales.
