I've had the best luck with batteries made by Johnson Controls and the
worst luck with batteries made by Exide.  JC OEM's a lot of batteries...

just look carefully at the label. (and labels can change... Die Hard
used
to be made by JC... anyone remember the lifetime warranties?  Not
anymore!)    Here in WI, Walmart batteries are made
by JC and are by far the cheapest source I've found. HTH!
