Methinks that this is not the way to go.  First of all, the chip will
only work on the earliest 90's...there was a revised ECU made in 9/92
production, which hit the US in (perhaps?) 3/93...if your 90 doesn't
have 3 gauges under the ashtray, you probably have the updated ECU and
can't use TAP's.
Your best bet is the throttle body, air filter, and airbox intake.
