Hey Guys, I'm not that hard to get hold of...
If I don't pick up the phone on the first couple of rings, someone else
should... If we're all busy, leave a message. If I'm out of the building, leave
me a message or call back. Not getting in touch with someone here the instant
you call doesn't mean that we don't care, it means that we are trying our best
to provide uninterupted service to another...
