The shroud is probably only available from the dealer (still in cheap'o
plastic that will break in two years). But you can get the hose
elsewhere and save maybe $20 or so.

   Go to Pep Boys... buy the generic hose for under $3.00. I think they
call the hose a "preheater hose" and they have a pic/drawing of an
classic americanized carb'ed motor on the front of the cardboard box.
The generic fits reasonably well. 
   
   I think I may still have the cardboard box.... let me know if you
need the part # before the trash goes out at the end of the day on
Wednesday.
