The damage being done to Audi's image is quite large, believe me.  Sometimes
when people see my Audi, I will get comments like "oh, you drive an Audi, I
hear the local Audi dealer is a real bastard."  How could I respond?  Yes, he
is a bastard, so even though you may like them, I can't encourage you to buy
one due to the certain problems you will have with service.

You have got more of an inside look than any of us, so if you say your dealer
is pretty good, it must be.  Lucky bastards!
