I can't deny that this is a good thing that AoA did. I also
understand that there are many difficulties to changing a corporate
culture. Nothing is impossible, and nothing is easy to do...especially
those worthwhile. But sometimes I get the idea that AoA isn't making
much of an effort. However, I'm not exactly privvy to their franchise
agreements. It took them too long to respond though. How much bad
image/publicity did they get from that one dealer? Probably enough to
warrant removal.
I don't want to see my local dealer wiped out or anything. I think
the owner has done alot for the community and is a responsible person.
When I worked there, I came to realize that the dealership represented a
unique culture distinct from Audi.
Before I go into this any deeper.. does anybody know the
relationship between AoA and Audi AG?
