S6 with SKIWV plates

Last night having dinner at a local restaurant in Nashua, NH I spied a 97-98
S6 with "SKIWV" NH plates on it. Nice car - what really peaked my interest
was the Laguna Seca track plate trim on it.

Anybody now who owns it?
