I've always wondered about that.  If you look at most of the complaints, they
center around there not being enough space between the brake/accelerator...

...but if you look at any car with a clutch, the spacing is exactly what
lawsuits are being filed over!

Are people who drive automatic transmission cars just so much less capable
of fine motor control?!?

(or is this just a sign of overall problems with driver training...)
