BBS rims tool?
I have a set of 15" BBS rims (I think off a 90Q20vSport)
that I'd like to refinish for track use.
These appear to be a 2 piece rim, held together by what looked
like normal nut/bolts. Wrong...
The outside of the nuts and the bolt heads are grooved, looking
like a reverse torx or something. It's not torx though, because
the set I bought at Sears won't fit. Torx has far fewer grooves
than these things.
Anyone ever tackle this before? I'm also wondering if I separate
the wheels, will they go back together in proper balance?
Perhaps I'm better off just leaving them the way they are and
cleaning them up that way...
