Hello again,

I want to thank everyone who responded about my problem. The ISV is
drying on the workbench after being filled and drained several times
with carb cleaner.

Should the valve inards move significantly when I apply 12v to the
electrical? I get a click and a short (1/16 inch) movement. Is it still
filthy inside, or is that all it does?
