It depends on what you want.  The 185 is the OEM size for your Coupe and
is my personal favorite for all around use.  The only really obvious
difference I noticed is that the front end will break away in a high
speed turn in pouring rain at a lower speed with the 195s.  I tried
the same tire in both sizes.  I think that the steering feels a little
better with the 185s.  I never measured dry cornering.  It should be
better with the 195s.
