Bob,
You'll probably be able to substitute a "kiwi" for the "aussie" specified
in that recipe, for it's well known that the kiwi is merely an aussie with
"a thin veneer of culture." :-)
This distinguishing feature is likely to disappear during the 2-hr "ale
marinade".
