short...EKTA...more?

Hi!

Okay, quick question here.  Could SOMEONE with an 89 90q please go and open
thier fuse box?  Look at fuse #4. My fuse has a metal terminal coming up
the side of the fuse, the top of which looks like a single side of the male
fuse terminal. This piece of metal is brass, has a small hole in the blade
of the end.  Is this normal?  Should this be there?  Pulled gently on it
with pliers, no movement.

I got a wiring diagram, thought that the short could be one of three things:

a) This odd metal piece
b) Short in wiring somewhere
c) Water or moisture in fuse box...possibility?

Any replies helpful!


EKTA CD arrived today, first copies were burned this evening, will begin to
ship tomorrow. Those of you who have emailed me an initial intrest about
the CD in the past week, I ahven't forgotten you...I've just been VERY VERY
busy.  Will try to hop on those this weekend.
