Ah, the infamous QLCD.  Sorry to inform you that it is actually a
complex, difficult to maintain (but foolproof) drivers-seat-mounted
organic device, for the succesfull elimination of the frustration,
license points, and wasted time of unnecessary traffic stops,
implemented by not exceeding the posted speed limit.
