Model:				1986 5KTQ  150km
HELP....no cold high idle up here in Canada buuuurrr. I recently changed the
ISV due to rough oscillating idle (1500 to 1800 to 1500 rpm). Since new ISV,
car idles fine when warm but will not high idle from cold start. Makes for
cold mornings for the kid and I not being able to 'warm up the car' before
commuting. Any help greatly appreciated.
