Hmmm....I wouldn't bet a whole lotta money on the non-existence of that
engine.  I'll see if I can get some pics, or even an Audi Sport blow up
parts diagram of the head.

I don't think the IMSA or Talladega cars had this engine, nor diid the
mid-engine Group B prototype circa 1985.
