QTC: MAC-02 EPROMs

As most ur-quattro owners know the EPROM that was built into the F/TCU is a
rather oddball type called a 2516.  Well, I was at a local surplus place and
found a handful of the parts in a bin.  These parts are removed from
equipment and so have no guarantees, but I was thinking that if any
ur-quattro owners who are contemplating upgrades a la Robert Houk were
interested you can go ahead and shoot me back a reply and I'll send you a
couple.  I am only willing to part with 4 (maybe 5) of them, if there isn't
a lot of interest I'll just send 2 each to the first 2 respondents without
testing them.  If I get a larger response, I'll test them and ship one each
(or two on request).  I think there may have been a few more there ... so if
the response is large enough I might just take another trip ...

The only cost that would be involved would be shipping ... if I can get the
post office to take them for less than a buck or so I'll send 'em gratis ...

P.S. - These things are really only useful to folk that have ur-quattros
with the WX engine and the MAC-02.  Those of you who have upgraded to an MC
or something else would need another type of device.
