I have 225 45 17's on my A4. Everyone I know who run these likes them.
The cost was low, the ride is quiet (for a 45), its grippy and has an
agressive look.
Mine have a rim-protector which probably saved my wheel from getting a
major grind- only leaving a few scratches. 

Wet traction? Can't really tell.

I use these only on the street, but I do drive hard and they've been
keeping up.

Back to the Yoko A520- I've seen a chipped a4 turboq on the track with
these tires. After the weekend, the tires looked nearly new.
