So do I, and the only relationship I have with Carlsen is that they have
some money that used to be mine, and it was a LOT less than list price
was going to be for the parts I bought.  We've worked with Didi's
colleague Linda, who knew enough about my 15-year-old Audi (what we were
getting parts for) to find me the correct part number for the fuel pump
relay without my having to research it myself.  

Good people to know, and glad to see you on the list!  Now, can we talk
about a q-list discount on new A4 Avant 1.8tq?  My wife wants one in
yellow... :-)
