I don't know if Stott did what I did on my 4kq but for ideas look

for my olution to a high priced 4kq rear tie rod end.
Simply a threaded rod that makes the front Golf (or front 4k) tie rod into a
rear unit.
>From now on $15 to replace each and not $~50.
