    The brake servo may be bad, Jim, and allowing the fluid in the
accumulator to bleed off into the reservoir. Does the level in the reservoir
increase over time? Phil posted a test procedure for the brake servo a while
back - I believe it involved removing the servo return line at the reservoir
and seeing if fluid came out. No fluid should come from this line with the
accumulator pressurized and the engine off.
