Re: meaning of s and cs

Benedict,

I always get weird looks at the parts store, but I own a 1987 5000 s quattro
(no c), with auto climate control, but no turbo or leather.

It was first sold in Georgia in early 1988. I am the third owner.

I think there was some guy at the Audi factory picking parts out of the bin
and making models up as he went along.

Jason.
