GBR,

Makes sense that the US models come standard with the automatic climate control
because I have never seen one without it.  But as far as CS my sister has a '90
100 CS that isn't a turbo.

2 '84 5kS with cc both std trannys (one from germany the other VA)
'87 5kS with cc leather auto (GA)
'90 100 CS with cc w/o leather nice trim and better wheels auto (MD)
'97 A6q with cc leather nice trim and better wheels auto (TX)

Could the S stand for sporty? I haven't seen a regular 5k.
