Erm - how do I put this?  It _IS_ exactly what I had in mind.

Yes, I've done that too, when in a hurry and when working with someone
I trust.  You can't do it on an MB, for instance, because there's too
much furniture in the engine bay to get a good line and grip on the
screwdriver.  I've done it on a non-turbo 100.
