As far as I know, there aren't any real Audi specialists in the area. 
 
Crossroads European in RTP seems to have a good reputation, but I 
don't have any personal experience.  They are too far away from me.

In the past I've used German Performance Center in Garner.  They are 
knowledgeable, but they don't seem terribly professional.  I haven't 
been there in over a year.

I've been very pleased with European Performance in Raleigh.  Every 
interaction with them has left me pleasantly surprised.  Recommended.

BTW, where did he find an S4 around here?
