OK here are the work op-codes for the brake de-glazing procedure.  

Front brakes  4636550

Rear brakes  4638660

If your dealer claims to know of no way to stop the squeal thses are the
codes. Though I doubt any dealer would not want to do it.  It is after all
work that Audi pays them to do and the customer hopefully has quiet brakes
for a long time.  Maybe not for the life of the pads but for a long time

The grease can of course be applied to any audi with brake squeal.  Apply
to the backs of pads, the contact points between the pads and the calipers
and of course grease the sliders.

And to answer another persons question, yes the wheels have to come off and
the pads removed fron the calipers.
