MAKE her call me. As a dealer with the replacement on my lot I ought to be
able some light on the subject. You need to give me some more details on your
car so I have a full quiver of info, real description, miles full service/
repair costs, etc. If they only want to settle for $3000, simlply ask for a
replacement car. Believe me ., they won't find it for $3000. I've dealt with
sort of thing before and, no promises (some of them are so hard headed ) but I
should be able to get somewhere. what ever you do don,t lose sight of the fact
that THEIR insured damaged YOUR car, otherwise you wouldn't be having this
conversation.

Don't know about which state to sue in. Definetly hold out for a supplemental
( hidden damage ) with regard to any driveline problems until after the car is
vback on the road. Is the car really toast? If not maybe settle  and retain
ownership of the car.
