V8Q Rear Diff Investigation ... part II

... well, I've been talking to folks and looking at the fiche in more depth.
If I can find someone who has a 1991 Audi V8 Quattro with an automatic
transmission and would not mind crawling underneath it to look for an ID
code please get back to me via direct e-mail.  Once I get everything figured
out (or my suspicions are confirmed) I'll post it all back to the list for
your reading pleasure ... :-)
