No offense, but this is what I expect out of Integon.  I had to deal with them
when someone insured by integon hit Breeze in her 90 3 years ago....and they
were the extremely rude, tried to stick me with part of the rental car bill,
and tried to make me go to some really cheap body shop.  I told them that I
could take the car anywhere and they said that no, I have to take the car to
where they direct me (a GM dealer with Maaco quality paint jobs).  They
actually yelled at me when my body shop was taking too long to fix it.  I made
some threats to them and carbon copied them on a letter to the state insurance
commissioner, and that shut them up.  

I would fight them to the end about your car's worth.  Once this is settled,
you may want to switch insurance companies.  Please don't think I am trying to
be condescending or judgmental about your insurance.
