Master Cylinder Grommets

Just a quick note to all that responded to the request for the part #'s for the
master cylinder grommets for my QSW. Wyatt Markus responded with the part # (see
his info below), and I contacted Clair Audi and I got them delivered within one
day. Worked like a charm... no leaks so far, and the fluid level is staying
where it should.

Now with renewed brake-system confidence, my QSW and I will be hitting the
brakes hard at the COMSCC track event at NHIS (New Hampshire Int'l Speedway), on
April 3rd.

For future reference, here is what Wyatt Markus sent me:

"Part# is 357-611-817 (its a NEW part#, it superceded the previous).  I got two
of
them for my QSW from Clair International for $11.56 for both, delivered!   Call
1-800-354-5100.

Ask for Mack in the VW parts dept.  Tell him Wyatt Markus sent ya, he is a great
guy
to deal with!"
