V8 Surge & TAP EPROM & OXS

I swapped in a TAP ECU upgrade and replaced the oxygen sensor on my 91 V8Q
(87k).  Poof! Surge went away.  Power got better. Doing both at the same
time was all part of my twisted logic to justify the ECU upgrade...  Truth
be known, the surge was still there when I went around the block after the
ECU replacement, but damned if it didn't disappear altogether after the OXS
was replaced!  (But my wife still thinks it was the ECU...)
