I, too, have been with AMICA for years (27) and have never had a problem 
with a claim, auto or homeowners (3 auto claims, 2 homeowners - 1 
burglary & 1 ice storm damage).  I don't think they're the cheapest but 
much as I dislike insurance companies, they are one of the best.
