Amazing. I went to lunch with Mike Rooney, Audi mechanic extraordinaire and
owner of Ingolstadt West today. He is a big guy, and he gets in the 88
5kcstq and tries to push the seat back. It doesn't move...
"Try the auto seat memory," he says.
Doesn't work.
"Blowing a 30 amp fuse is kind of a big deal," he says. "Anybody been
monkeying around with the fuse box?"
"One monkey that I know of in particular used a "spare" 30 amp fuse to pull
codes," I said.
He just smiles, and when we get to our destination, he opens the fuse box
and puts the 30 amper in the end slot.
Like I said, amazing. I better check the wagon when I get home.
