pilot bearing removal

All,

I'm in the process or replacing the clutch and flywheel of 
my GT.  Everything seems pretty straight forward, except
for the life of me, I don't know how to remove the pilot
bearing from the crankshaft without the special tool noted 
in the Bentley.  

Any ideas?

If not, does anyone know what the special tool costs?
