Character set.  Sometimes you use a character on your Swedish keyboard
that's outside the ASCII 7-bit specifications.  This triggers MIME.

On an aside - I'm looking for two favours.

a) I need to know what a non-English Owner's Manual for a 1988/9
   ur-quattro (Torsen differential, MB engine) says about fuel.

b) I'm looking for an ECU out of an ur-quattro with a GV engine -
   this is "Sweden and Switzerland only".  Part # 035 905 383E.
   A known defective part will do.  Could you look around?
