I do not intend this as a flame, but if you pay for every kb, you should set
up your e-mail program to either not accept file attachments or to limit the
size of the file to download. Every e-mail program I have used has this
feature. If yours does not you can get programs that do this for free, there
are a ton of them out there. I use outlook express at home, and GroupWise
5.5 and outlook express 5.0 at work, all of which have this feature. I
personally enjoy the pics, but I have unlimited access for a set price, and
a T1 line at work.
