	yeah. some people are new to the net, though, and don't
	know.  people new to computing might not know that adding
	a picture to their email message is what a "binary
	attachment" is, too.

	it certainly deos inconvenience some people.  i still
	am pretty sure it doesn't warrant swift and immediate
	rude flames that go the the list also.  there's pretty
	decent hipocracy in that, actually.  spamming the list
	with useless "you suck for wasting bandwidth" emails,
	i mean, *think* about it.  doing it in a rude manner
	is just an added character statement on top of it all.
	this is not about you, frank, i think people know who
	they are.  i'm not a model citizen myself.

	everyone has to learn, we all had to learn.  might as
	well make the experience nice for everyone.
