you sidley people are lucky to have that T1 line....
it is reasonable to expect list participants to follow list guidelines, and
i believe binary attachments were discouraged in the quattro list
information message i received when i subscribed.
my email client does not have the capability to selectively reject the
receipt of an individual email.
i know i get pissed when i am downloading email and i have to wait a few
minutes for a large attachment to download before i can read anything.
those who are paying per byte or by time or have a low speed connection
will have an even lower threshold of pain than i.
