I think I've been misunderstood. My idea is to remove the stock headliner
completely, then use the bedliner coating as a replacement headliner. It
wouldn't have the cloth look of the original, but could be interesting.
Check for dealers in your area and take a look at how the liner material
looks once it is applied. This stuff would also work good as a trunk liner.
I've seen articles where a piece of body sheet metal for a Jeep was cleaned
up, and had pin holes, they still applied the bedliner material. It sealed
the pin holes and provided a rust proof coating, and sound deadener.
