Re: headliner woes

Has anyone tried using 3M Super 77 adhesive spray? I know this
stuff works great as I used it for all kinds of things when I was
working in a creative department, and they have one that is even better
which you can get from Home Depot, etc. Forget what it's called. Like
Super Hold or something like that.

Probably not a permanent fix, but would get it out of your way and
back up there for you folks with sagging headliners.

Unfortunately, I think the only way to permanently fix this
problem is to buy a new headliner and have it professionally installed.
You can save some money by ripping out the old one on your own though.
You have to cut it in strips and remove them seperately.

Fortunatley I have a northern quattro, and that is one benefit we
have. We have some rust and other salt related problems, but
fortunately not many of these heat related problems. Try to keep your
car out of direct sunlight (can be hard) and heat. Maybee an
investment in a good car cover would help. Worked for me.
