Dash lights? replacement and sources?

I have a late model 91 20v 200.  Car doesn't appear to have a check
engine light and I'm not sure if the car doesn't have one or if the
bulb is burned out.

I'm still trying to decipher the Bentley manuals right now, but it
appears that the steering wheel has to be removed in order to get to
the instrument lights.

Can anyone tell me:
1 - where to get replacement lights in the North East (US)?
2 - Are late model 91 200TQs supposed to have the check engine light?
