The handbooks might say those things - as a rule, the microfiche
doesn't.

IMO the emphasis here is exceptional.

And I really can't see the issue.  Audi's kits _and_ Girling's own kits
come complete with the new bolts.  They think it's worth sending 'em,
and so I think it's worth fittin' 'em.
