Domestic part economics make me nuts! Spark plug wires for:
Ford Escort=$26
Audi 90=$70+ dohe!

At the end of the day though, I know my 'smiles per dollar' average is tough
to beat.

Still applies. Sunday, I changed brakes on my son-in-law's 1990 GMC Suburban
with 195,000 miles. The rotors and drums were ok but we found the rear wheel
cylinders were leaking. The cost was:
Front Pads $14
Rear Shoes $24
Wheel Cylinders (2) $26 (including tax)!
