Still applies. Sunday, I changed brakes on my son-in-law's 1990 GMC Suburban
with 195,000 miles. The rotors and drums were ok but we found the rear wheel
cylinders were leaking. The cost was:
Front Pads $14
Rear Shoes $24
Wheel Cylinders (2) $26 (including tax)!
A month ago I changed the starter motor - $29 rebuilt
Eat your heart out.
