There's an aftermarket source in the UK for resetters for Audi, Volvo and
BMW service indication.

Euro Car Parts- phone ++44 541 506 506, has part no 400 44 0041, 'VW/Audi
service interval resetter for all Audi and VW models with service interval
lights'. Costs UKP 59.

No affiliation, etc. etc.
