sounds like merry ole is taking some things back from the colonies.
the scene described above is played on a regular basis all across america.
i have personally experienced this dozens of times as a driver or passenger
in at least 5 states and one canadian province, usually on a limited access
highway designed for 70+ mph traffic 25 or more years ago.
